Privacy policy

This policy explains how Christina Martin, a Texas real estate sales agent with DHS Realty ("I," "me"), collects and uses information through myagentchristina.com, text messages, email and phone.

What I collect

• Contact details you give me: your name, email, mobile number and what you're looking for.
• Details you share while we work together, such as your move date, budget, household and the documents a landlord or lender requires.
• Records of our messages and calls, and of the consent choices you make on this site.

How I use it

• To respond to you, schedule showings, collect required documents and manage your lease or transaction.
• To send texts and emails you agreed to receive, and to keep in touch after we work together.
• To meet my legal and brokerage record-keeping duties.

I use software, including an AI assistant, to help organize my work and to draft and send messages on my behalf. Those messages follow the consent choices you've made.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will never be shared or sold to any third parties or lead generators.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. See the SMS terms.

Who I share information with

• Service providers who help me run my business, such as my customer relationship manager, my texting provider and my cloud hosting provider. They may use your information only to provide those services to me.
• Parties to your transaction, such as landlords, listing agents, lenders and title companies, only as needed for your lease or purchase and with your knowledge.
• My broker, DHS Realty, and authorities when the law requires it.

I don't sell your personal information.

How long I keep it

I keep contact and transaction records as long as needed to serve you and as Texas real estate rules require. Sensitive documents you upload, such as IDs and pay stubs, are deleted automatically 30 days after your lease is signed or your transaction closes.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop marketing email.
• Email me at christina@myagentchristina.com to see, correct or delete your information.

Security

I use encrypted storage and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive documents by ordinary text or email; I'll send you a secure upload link instead.
